Adult learning theory guided the inclusion of self-directed navigation, practical examples, and opportunities to draw on prior experience.

Created in Articulate Storyline with custom visuals from Figma, the course follows the ADDIE process and meets WCAG 1.1.1 standards for accessibility, ensuring an inclusive and impactful learning experience for diverse audiences.
